use ketoconazole shampoo like nizoral once a week. helps with dandruff and maybe slightly with hairloss
i saw significant improvement to my hair texture when I went from shampooing daily to approx weekly, but this will vary from person to person, just shampoo on an as-needed basis when it feels too oily rather than scheduling it regularly

Don’t use head n shoulders, shampoo like 1-2 times a week depending on your hair and what it needs (maybe use like nexus shampoo or smth that’s what I use) and conditioner after shampooing n everytime u shower
