how much should i take aremdix if im pinning 35mgs daily test?

I took 0.5 mg eod on 200 mg weekly and felt like it was probably too much ,get tests done to know your levels obviously

I use 200mg test E 2x a week and i use 1mg arimidex eod. But i suspect that my shit is underdosed cause i dont feel shit from it. Also i dont really use any other ancillaries lol, just some omega 3 and multivitamins

test E just means testosterone enanthate. I suspect my test and arimidex is underdosed, thats why i take higher doses
