even if u say “i’m not fat” u still overweight, u should be 80kg to have a normal BMI. so best of luck losing those 20 kgs, check guides on here if u need help

Yeah i need to lose good 30kgs, idk how without the gym, i cant go because of back problems, should i starvemax
