How much supplemental potassium chloride to take

Currently taking 1000mg of potassium chloride through gummies and 500mg with potassium powder that I mix into juice. For those that try to achieve the 4:1 ratio how much supplemental potassium do u guys take and do you guys take all of it at one time of day or slowly throughout the day with a water bottle or smth
