How much tanning in beds to maintain my tan?

I just got back from 7 week trip to Costa Rica so am very tanned and I like it a lot.

I am thinking of using tanning beds to maintain my tan for longer.

How many minutes should I go per week?

Beta carotene doesnt work on most people. Ive mega dosed it for many months. Had zero change in skin tone. Other people report the same thing. Mt2 is probably the only way to actually change skin tone. Its sad you still need to tan on it tho

Honestly, you really don't.
Not to the degree of using tanning beds.
Just minimal daily sun exposure is literally enough to maintain a healthy glow when on MT2.
