Natty u prob want to lose 3lb of fat and gain 2lb of muscle, I'd say 4 months that is easily doable

I lost 10kgs in 4 weeks because covid destroyed my appetite, currently carefully bulking because I look like a starved twink, if you want to healthy lean down while keeping muscle mass u should take it slower, I'd say it would take around 3-4 months

I'm currently using a tren that holds lean mass I can do a very aggressive cutting

Don’t overdo it with the T3 because its catabolic effect can even overpower Tren‘s anti-catabolism. How much mcg are you taking?

Bro please divide your dose by at least 7 (14 would be more reasonable, that‘s my dose)
 
I think you‘d be better off using like 200 mg of DNP than such a ridiculous dose of T3. Never heard of anyone using such a high dose tbh

Agree that he needs to add muscle. But I think getting really lean first (not with Tren and 350 mcg of T3 tho:lul:) and then slowly bulking is a very good way to go about achieving a good physique efficiently. I fucked myself bulking when I wasn’t lean enough and got way too fat doing that. Now I‘m slowly getting down to 10-12 BFP and it’s a pain in the ass.
