How long do you guys think we have to prep for the happening? Also how much would it cost? Whay supplies would we need? Outside of jsut lots of water and non perishable food (mostly slop but whatever)

i think its pretty simple, you just hang it in an area with no air moving and an enclosed space sort of. im sure there's tutorials on youtube as well, old school italians make prosciutto by air drying it raw with spices on it.

and regardless meat can rot and you can consume it for years afterward
