Including travel, shower, preparing etc.

  • It takes me 10-15 minutes to get to the gym. So a round trip is potentially 30 mins
  • I spend 1hr at the gym, sometimes 1.25hrs.
  • I love taking long showers and wasting electricity so bills rise for gym owner. I take a 20 min shower minimum
  • Also preparing food/shakes and counting calories which I would otherwise not do - that's probably like an extra ,25-20 mins a day.

All in all I could be spending nearly 3 hours a day. That's like a part time job. If I go consistently 6x a week, I'm looking at 18 hours. How to do people keep this up?! I'm single and living alone. I can't imagine how I can keep this up with a gf or kids holy fuck. Already hard to fit it around my full time job JFL.

I work out throughout the evening and don't pay attention to how much time there's between sets, but I train at home so I can do other things in-between.

1.5 hours since I do 2 minutes of rest between each set.

there is no reason to be in the gym for more than 2 hours.

For me I gotta stretch before I go which takes 2 hours. So usually stretching is my workout

Jfl at working full time. Leaves you no time to do even the most basic self-care like exercise or preparing good meals.

You gonna wage hard soon because of your debt. You gonna pay it all. God wouldn't be there to work for you.

If you work 9-5 you still have 6 hours of free time before bedtime. Also weekends off.

Wageslaving, gym and various other softmaxing methods like skincare leave you with virtually no time to socialise which is arguably the biggest looksmax.

Being a wagie is such cancer

probably worse than religiously going to the gym 5times a week for 2 hours each, but anything more than HIT is unrealistic to do while holding-down a full-time job

I usually take a dump so it adds like half an hour

Genticspill. People can get better results purely due to genetics and less training than others.

Also, I'm more the type to do same amount of reps every week, 5 min rest between sets and fuck around JFL.

I workout at home so no time wasting. Just roughly 1 hour 4 times a week + accessory workout in rest days like lateral raises, forearms, neck.

10 min walk to the gym then 45-60 min workout

4+ hours is not full time job people dont consider you to be training full time until youre literally in the gym actively training for 6+ hours if you go to any classes + gym + morning cardio gym easily takes up 5 hours of my day

1H at home in my homegym.

Like 4 hours a week

Regardless I don't see how you can actively fit this alongside a full time 9-5 job. Bear in mind for some people they'll be commuting and waking up at 7, and getting home around 6 or 7pm.

We have a cost of living crisis in UK. Running a shower in your home will probably cost you £1.
You should move to Poland, the UK is a poor shithole

UK is shit and I hope it burns. But every pole was running to come to the UK to work minimum wage in a ketchup factory 16hrs a day 7days a week. Maybe less since Brexit.

Britfags think they're a big shot in the world economy by selling out the country rich investors from abroad. No wonder every young person is priced out of the housing market in London.

I think you can maintain your muscles on 3 hours a week but to grow them you need at least 1 hour per day 5 days per week.
