Many users won't admit it but some pass even 6 hours or more here, 3 hours is not that bad bro. The site is very addictive, especially off topic section, i just avoid chads'experiences threads because they are suifuel rest of the content is really enjoyable.

Sometimes I spent like 7 hours too but it's really rare(like on Sunday for example).Try to get a hobby or to do some sport, in 6 hours you can do something of better to improve yourself Instead of rotting, if it becomes an habit it is really bad imo. Even some chads here are rotter, even ascension can't get rid of rotting.
