No way2 weeks.
I guess 5-8 monthslike 8 months or so
I lost 10 kg in that time. (70 to 60). That's gotta amount to that much fat, right? There was no muscle to lose.No way
You lost water weight. 1 kilo of body fat contains ~7700kcalI lost 10 kg in that time. (70 to 60). That's gotta amount to that much fat, right? There was no muscle to lose.
How long from 15 to 10%? 1200 calories dailyIf you have tons of discipline and are willing to go on a large caloric deficit, 4-6 months.
If you are an average human being who is willing to do a moderate calorie cut with high protein intake then 6-8 months.
won't doing that mess up your metabolism though? If you have tons of discipline and are willing to go on a large caloric deficit, 4-6 months.

You lost 5kg a week? How's that possible bro, definitely trolling. people lose like 0.5kg per weekI lost 10 kg in that time. (70 to 60). That's gotta amount to that much fat, right? There was no muscle to lose.
I see thanks, its a long journey it seemsIf you have tons of discipline and are willing to go on a large caloric deficit, 4-6 months.

Losing 10 kilos of fat would take 40 days just by water fasting alone (0 kcal/day, average 6'0 male whose resting consumption is 2k per day). Much, much longer by restricting 300-600kcal daily

sounds goodyou can calculate it
7000 kcal = 1kg fat
when you eat 1000 kcal less a day, you would loose 1kg in 7 days
10kg in 70days
That's pretty interesting to know. Thank you.You lost water weight.

3g, I thought it was 1g? And even 1g is hard but I manage to do it but 3g is too much3-4 months with intensive food and macro tracking. The key is to make sure you get around 3g of protein per kg of body mass every day (and train), as you'll lose fat while losing minimal muscle mass, I also am a big fan of intermittent fasting, regardless of the benefits (faster metabolism, faster fat loss, etc...) it's a great way to limit calories without thinking too much about it.
So closeAssuming your BMR is in the 2k/day range and you currently weigh ~75kg and are 5'10? (average male statistics)?
You'd need to lose ~8 kilos of fat, and your deficit would be 800kcal a day on 1200kcal a day
=
31 days
A study showed that in athletic people, a 2-3g/kg/day protein consumption was optimal, I agree that without supplements it's basically impossible to reach that (I reached 200g protein once with no supps and the way I did wasn't pretty ngl). Another study suggests that consuming more than 1.8g/kg of protein (0.82g/lb) is useless, this is the protein count I am currently following. Very doable and cheap if you get your hands on chicken breasts.3g, I thought it was 1g? And even 1g is hard but I manage to do it but 3g is too much
crash dieting is a disaster if not done properly, my anorexia days had me looking like I just got out of Auschwitz. But yeah I agree 3-4 months should do the jobyou can do it in a month if you are on a massive caloire deficit, otherwise, aim 2-3 months
