If you just can't get ahold of tretinoin, then otc retinols like granactive retinoid or retinol 1% will work too, but it will take up to 2 years of nearly daily application for that glow.

Wrong. Been on tret for 1 month now and everytime I exfoliate I get ze gay glow.

Try to work up to 0.1% nightly application as quickly as possible (no dryness). Also slug with vaseline if you have dry skin.

I'm at just about four months into usage, and I am just starting to see results with clearness. I'm guessing that it will take 6 months for me. However, I messed up a lot with my high concentration and I had two periods of extreme dryness, so I could've reached desirable results by now.

can you help me about sunscreen? i use it like once a day in morning. i just bought 0.5 tret. i was using .025. i don't use mostorizer or anything. any tip would be appriciated. btw i am on tret for 1.5 months. been using it 4 or 5 times a week

use max strength your skin can tolerate and moisturize if needed
