Well, maybe 50% BF. Abs appear around 45% bodyfat, but you maybe have good genes for obese people.

It's metabolism and fat distrubution dependent.

Just eat less and take it slowly.

I'm leanmaxxing for 6 months now and I'm still not there yet. You can check out some botb threads on how to lose fat quicker.

But taking some time is healthier and better.

Also you look like you are close to 15% bf already.

I don't, I just eat less.

Of course you can be more efficient with a precise diet and calory intake plan.

I'm just too lazy for all of that.
