1 to up to 20mg a day; I think is a good idea to start with 2,5mg a day with PBS for 20 days and If you want and have the money go higher progressively.
You should also make some rest days for example 20on/10off or 5on/2off
Supplements of zinc are a good idea: pin in the morning supplement yourself on the night, or viceversa.
