No this is terrible advice. You aren't supposed to be pushing yourself that much. Running is supposed to feel challenging but sustainable not like you're punishing yourself. If you feel like crap after a run. you are overdoing it. Slow down, breathe properly, and don't check your phone every 30 seconds and get into a rhythm and you will feel the runner's high but it's not something I get every single day. Some days you are tired, some days the weather sucks some days it just doesn't click .
