should be about one small drop (0.025ml if you measure with syringe) a day to begin with, then raise the dose to 0.05ml and/or increase the frequency to two a day after a week if you react well. take one in the morning and one at night.

Also, about 70% of people don't have enough sulfotransferase enzyme to EVEN respond to topical lmao.
