How much value cosmetically would you say this surgeon holds?

Spoke to some Turks and some recommended redo bimax while Dr Rameri was completely against it along with even Infraorbital implants saying that they wouldn’t be a life changing procedure. I’m curious though isnt he very conservative? The Turks said full face implants for sure with bimax or not. If Rameri says no bimax does that definitely mean i shouldn’t do it?

My cheekbones are pretty narrow at least in selfies so pretty weird how not even infras he recommended. And the Turks said I definitely have a gain from the bimax but it’s not going to be a life changing procedure.
