I take 4000 IU of vitamin D3 and 100 mg of vitamin K2-M7
Should I double the amount?

200mcg vitamin k2 mk7 has been shown to almost completely activate available osteocalcin which I assume is why you're taking it?
I think they get the megadosing idea from medical usage to treat osteoporosis but I'm not sure why that would be applicable to us
you want it to be all-trans mk7 btw, it's a waste otherwise
