Hey guys,

Do you have any recommendations on how many IUs of vitamin D to take daily, either through supplements or sun exposure? Also, how much do you personally take? I’d like to do some research on that.

Thanks!

1000-2000 IU a day is decent

Sun Exposure will always be better than supplementing, so like 3 sessions of 15-20 minutes of sun exposure should get ur 2000 IU's in, i think
