currently doing 8 sets per muscle group a week to complete failure, do i do 0-1rir instead, and do i change volume? im on 400 test if that changes anything
also why am i progressing best in pull sessions ever since hopping on (failing at 2-3 reps more with same weight) while in push sessions im not progressing more then a rep
