How Much Volume Will I Lose if I hop on a cut after Periorbital fat grafts.

Gonna get fat grafted on to my face but I’m 17% bf so I’ll have to lean down later on but I don’t want to loose my volume.

So I’m kinda torn between just yolo and get it or lean down wait for another 3 months without ascension.

Leaning heavily into the first option
