6'0 300, Played Football and wrestled in High School so have alot of muscle. Currently at 302. Was at 325 a MOnth ago. Today I ate 2000 calories, Walked 4 miles, Creatine/Cum Stack etc and I am gonna swim and lift weights in a few hours. What can i do to prevent loose skin?
I am gonna reenroll back into BJJ/Judo in a few weeks so hopefully that accelerates this.
I dont' really care about looksmaxxing I just want to fashionmaxx, not able to dress anymore look like a redneck
