Respect the therapeutic benefit of those drugs and take the ECA stack instead. Take ADHD drugs for cognitive performance. This way the pro-con ratio of the drugs is more favorable.

Do you mean legal? Ritalin (methylphenidate) , probably, and, to lesser extent, modafinil. For weight loss Sibutramine is also used sometimes.

If you can't get Ritalin then try modafinil/armodafinil (they are expensive, though). You can also try to go nootropics route, but the most of stuff there is not as potent in terms of stimulation. DMAA is another stimulating compound, previously used in pre-workout mixes, but seems like it's banned in Europe nowadays.
