I'm 5'7" currently around like 135. I gained like 15 lbs on antidepressants . I think I'm pretty fat. Leanmaxxing is the only thing that will save me. Get all anorexic n shit hell yea. Then decide that looks like shit too and finally get a consistent gym membership. But don't have 1 now. So starving it is. It also doesn't cost anything. Fuck
