well you will have several improvements in your bone advancements (maxilla mandible chin etc) just depends on how bad your side profile looks now. you will definitely ascend a lot if you do bimax, it's a fact.

well if you are recessed ofc you will have a better ascension but we need to se if you could actually benefit from bimax.I would personally do bimax if i were to have a flat maxilla(which i do) or short face syndrome

oh oh mb lmao yea that to i sleep with my mouth wide ass open. the doctor told me yesterday that my overjet is very severe as well plus bite alignment. he said the surgery will bring my mandible foward and give me a masculine jaw and then he said he’s going to bring my maxilla downward and i think foward
