i've been wanting to get lean for months and months but everyone is saying it aint worth but if i aint tall by 16 im probably never gonna be tall and people say most growth is done by my age(16) so if i did cut how much growth would i actually be preventing

how much height growth potential is there at my age i know its very genetic dependant but would u have an estimate my father also grew up until about 20

my plates are open bcz i measure my height and im still growing very slowly tho

depends on when you finish puberty but probably like 2 inches

It varies way more than that. You couldn’t grow at all or you could grow 6 inches.

Why dont u take hgh, it will keep fat off and sped up growth
