How much will HG help

How much will HGH help me? Specifically Pfeizer hgh. Will my height genuenly increase? Will my face change? What can I do to make the effects of it better?
I should mention I am 16. Just turned a few months ago. I started using hgh 2 months after turning 16. I’m 5’7 atm. I have 55kg.

Any tips appreciated.
