How much will my life improve at HTN?

For context, I am 5'10", have a terrible physique, and my face is LTN (MTN on a good day). I have high appeal despite this from frauding NT and softmaxxing and easily slay. I have had around 15 girls ask me out, ask for my number, or tell me they have a crush on me since I started LM in 2023. I have a hot gf as well. So I am not struggling at all in the dating market.

So my question is... if I can pull now and live a decent life, if hardmaxxed and ascended further to HTN how much MORE would things improve?

Thinking about getting leg extension surgery, a bimax, genio and rhino (I have a jew nose and recessed mandible) and taking peptides/test to blow up my physique

I'm in same boat but likely below ltn, also have high appeal somehow and girls IRL ask me out a lot(relatively to my looks - ltb or mtb ask me out like few times a year), but no action on dating sites.

I think it mostly improves what you can do on dating sites@how secure you feel in relationship
