How much will this ascend me?

Basically I have 404 lower eyelashes and pretty bad upper eyelashes. If I minox and dye them after couple of months along with my eyebrows how much will this ascend me? For reference I am aiming for a phenotype like @pneumocystosis.

Also how long should I use minox before dyeing? can send pictures to trusted members

if you dye the hair does it stop minox growth?

no its just if I dye to early the roots will be light and for contrast its most important that the roots are dark

long and dark eyelashes hide UEE, if you have a bit of UEE it will ascend you
