How much would 100-200 ng/dl of testosterone loss worsen looks and muscle mass?

I have varicocele and my T is around 700-800 ng/dl, but studies show that Varicocele decreases testosterone by 100-200 ng/dl. Is that nothing? Is getting a varicocele surgery worth it?
