Would a tan ascend me a lot? My skin tone is so bad because I don't go outside.

i think you'd look better with a darker tone

if there were a surgery to make your canthal tilt positive then you need to get it immediately
 
If you're skin looks black enough you might pass as a bigger and get a white landwhale.
