Currently at around 15 to 17% bf id say. Will try becoming ultra lean after this years bulkI think you should try to become lean before thinking about doing fillers really. You seem to have good bones, but won't really pop bcs u seem to be at around 17-18% body fat, try to get to at least 12% b4 thinking on surgeries specially if it's with the purpose of adding definition

I don’t have a hair routine, I just shower twice a day. Once in the morning, using shampoo every second day. Then after coming home from sports in the evening.i use hairclay to style, a looser one so that the hair can still fall naturally. At the barber ask for a middle part and tell them you wear the rest of the hair slicked back. Make sure the front isn’t too long and that when styling, you don’t lift your hair up too much, that way you will simply get the stupid mc Donald’s M shape hair. Instead focus on getting all the hair in line with your cranium and the front hairs a bit to the side. With my head shape, it’s best when the sides have some volume tooAlso drop hair routine
Really? I m often told I look a bit pale on this forum and once or twice irl too. I was already planning to get a bit more tanned. But yeaGet lower bf first
