How much would Otoplasty ascend me?

Otoplasty here is like 4k non surgical, and 7k surgical. I'm open to going to turkey or maybe russia (heard it was cheap there) for it. But i've been told by friends its much better than it was before, let me know.

If you’re gonna do surgery to try and ascend, otoplasty is not the way to go, there are way better surgeries than that

I just don’t know what surgerys I’d go for, and flared ears are a problem I’ve been dealing with my whole life.

I’m thinking maybe under eye fat grafts ? Lmk

Yeah that’s a pretty good idea actually. Non invasive, somewhat cheap, and you can pretend you never got it done. It would ascend you eyes are law

it would ascend you a bit but if you're serious about doing surgery pick a different better one
