How much would SMV increase going from 5’10 to 6’3?

I’m a mid to high ltn maybe low mtn and don’t really think jaw surgery will help much. Maybe some small implants. I have always been somewhat mad about my height as my face is not the best. Would doing LL to get to 6’3 help a lot in the dating market? And also is it crazy for wanting to do it at my current height? I know I could wear lifts but the hassle and back pain from it every time I wear is not worth it one bit.
