How much you can shorten nose with custom implant?

@RealSurgerymax mentioned that he performed 2 cases on nasal root shortening by dropping nasion 1.5-2mm.

How that thing is supposed to work?

Also do you have any cases when you designed L3/L2/MLF2/ paranasal implant to improve anterior and/or posterior facial depth? Any succesful cases when you were able to achieve anteface or hyperanteface and vertically shorten nose...basically making midface shorter and more projected?

@RealSurgerymax maybe you can make a thread (or giant insta post) about those nasion dropping implant... As well as that odd modification of Lefort 3 to make whole face shorter. It definietly would be at least as interesting as about OBO.
