My napkin math isn’t the best and I don’t actually know what mortgages are like now but, realistically, throwing a third of your gross income on a $6k/mo payment puts you above $200k/yr? You’d still be slumming it in a high COL area.

Foids have no excuse to be making any less ’cause most decent colleges and job places are basically female spaces, so chop chop. What are you doing if you don't have your own place already?
