It’s just like any other stimulant as it creates dependency. As long as you don’t find yourself needing to up dosages, you’ll be fine long term.

Methylphenidate is a stimulant, so it can supress hunger. As long as you are adequately nourished, ADHD drugs like methylphenidate will have a net positive effect on your body and brain.

Ive used Concerta and apperently its only kinda awful for your liver and causes very mild mental addiction but apart from that most of the myths are false...you gonna be fine buddyboyo
