How Neurotoxic Are Aromatase Inhibitors

I definitely want to try aromatase inhibitors for growth plate proliferation and some of the other effects they provide. However there is this consensus among many that they make you retarded. I understand that estrogen is crucial for brain development, but I feel as if the neurotoxicity of these compounds are a little fear mongered in a sense. If I’m wrong please educate me.

Which one is the best. I was thinking arimidex I know letrozole is the most potent but I’m js tryna keep my shi in range and not crush it. And I am going to get bloods. Idk how frequently I should get my e2 tested however.

get one before u hop on and like 6 weeks into hopping on - then after that just regularly like every 2/3 months.

i would go with 0.5mg Arimidex ED and then either go up to 1mg or stay at 0.5 depending on how ur feeling and what ur bloods are saying.

Even if I fucked up when I’m on my AI and I plummeted my estrogen i don’t believe it would cause any neurotoxicity if I was on top of my shi and hopped off so I think I’m gna try it for sure
