Srs I think switching from a smartphone to a dumb phone is better for your mental health, people can still get to you if they need to and you don't have this social media stream and random apps blasting you with dopamine causing urges to check your phone and scroll through shit every 10 seconds

Just view it as an extension of yourself, you can use it to keep track of anything you want and choose more fun avenues. You do know you don't have to endlessly scroll and do things you don't want to right..

i had one for awhile because i needed a burner but switched to a cheap smart burner phone because not having google maps is very time consuming, you're more prone to get lost, miss exits, etc.

people who sperg about muh iphones are the cumsoomers trying to justify their 1k purchase of something that could be had for 50 dollars.
