Does anyone have any tips of not being the punching bag of the friend group. Im nd and below average in looks so im always the butt of the joke. I’ve tried switching friend groups and sticking up for myself more but no matter what I do people always seem to belittle me and treat me as less.

Just leave the group, they do not care about you. There is no way to make them stop, they havw already made their judgements on you
