Dont do too much test, and when you do, have something like mast, for ai, but in general it is very hard.

control your test dosage because it gives you more water retention even if you’re lean already and trying to pack on size. a lot of the “size” at higher doses can just end up being extra water and bloat instead of actual quality tissue. make sure you have an ai blocker with you.
