When i was 16 i used to do masai jumps, daily sprints, milk, lsjl, footsmashin (jfl), banded sleeping
I even took it to the extreme i would legit put weights on my legs when i slept
And didnt even grow a inch.
I think i grew maybe one or two inches from 16 to 18 but thats obviously just natural
hinestly its a waste of time. If your young just get sleep, take hgh (not cope hgh boosters online, i tried that didnt do shit), arotamese inhibitors, and just pray for the best
Chances are you will never get ur hands on real hgh or ai before u turn 18 anyways since u obviously need a prescription recommended by doctor, or just go on the darkweb and order it and them ngas will send u jaystation gay potion
So just learn to be content with your height and save up for l if u have bad genes. Of course u can try the copes but as someone who did them all its just a waste of time and money
