How noticeable are shoe lifts?

My base height standing on my bare feet is 6 feet (183cm).
When I wear my air forces im 1.18 inch taller (3cm)
I want to buy shoelifts to further increase my height by an inch to make me 6’2 (189cm)

Would that much frauding be noticeable or could i get away with it?

They are extremely common in my country, never heard anyone criticize somebody because of lifts
