How noticeable is a recessed chin to a drugged up girl at 11PM at a rave/festival, and how much can a thick beard help to conceal it?

I think I am around 5-6mm recessed atm and my parents are HEAVILY against me getting any sort of surgery so my only real option would be either growing a long beard or getting fillers when I am 12%bf.

Yeah I still live with my parents, and I've told them about me being a blackpiller so now they are in giga-bluepill mode "Honey you don't need to worry about what you look like at all. Just learn to love yourself, you're not ugly at all "

But yeah, so getting a chin implant will be quite difficult to do 'sneakily'. It was already a massive hassle for me to get them to agree to my rhinoplasty, but I could convince them with "It's for a medical reason to make me breathe better"

I've already had hookups at festivals, mainly due to heavy approach volume, nichemaxxing (primarily towards hippie/boho girls) and targeting 30-50year olds. I can easily approach 40+ girls in one night

My lips are fine though. I was born with a cleft lip, but my lips are mostly fixed with past surgery. The main issue was the nose, because I couldn't breath through my nose properly and I was forced into mouthbreathing until I was 12 years old

But this is why I want to know if this chin is a dealbreaker to girls at 11AM at a rave, especially with heavy smoke machines?

Alright I've been thinking and I feel like my best course of action right now is to just cut down to 12% bodyfat and then reevaluate on what kind of surgeries or fillers I'd need eventually. But even then, I feel like muscles+abs would be good enough for me anyways; especially if I have an excuse to walk around shirtless or with open shirt at a festival.

I was looking at this guy though, and the results are INSANE.
