Yeah I don’t agree with the fillers at all. I just know Bimax is expensive as fuck and even if your insurance covers it, they assign you a surgeon who purely cares about medical necessity than taking in account cosmetic fulfillment.

I did get a palate expander, my top palate’s width is sufficient/normal
