How obvious are 1 inch lifts?

I want to get 1 inch lifts but I'm scared it might be too obvious.
Can you just take those off without getting spotted by your family / friends?
Also isn't it annoying to walk with those?

I'm slightly below 5'10. If I wear 3 inches lift I'd go from like 55th percentile to 85th percentile it'd be to obvious.

They were actually 2.76 inches

I'd go from average to tall and I'd get caught soon or late.
It's either 1 inch lifts or nothing for me unfortunately

If you’ve worn lifts in the past you’ll know people will definitely not notice you’re wearing 1 inch lifts.

I have been using 3cm lifts for an entire year every single day and nobody has ever noticed anything. Not even my family, who sees me shrink right in front of them when I take out my shoes.
