How often are mandible implants botched?

Jaw implants are the only thing that can save me but I’ve heard that implants can often turn out bad or get infected. I’m not too worried about infection because I assume that’s from iqlets who don’t take care of the wounds during the healing process, but honestly I have no idea how they get infected because I can’t find anything specific. The only thing that concerns me is getting botched. I also can’t find much about the ratio of botched to successful, so if anyone knows how often mandible implants gets fucked, or if someone knows good surgeons for this, I would appreciate it.
