I drank beer over Easter for estrogen gains, but don't think I'm gonna do it anymore. It's gonna make leanmaxxing harder and there's obviously negative effects on health, but a drink or two here and there isn't really a problem if you're able to regulate it.

My philosophy is basically that you should have your shit together before indulging in such things. Drink to enhance experience, and avoid drinking to cover up emotional/mental distress. Not always easy, but that's what I would recommend for anyone who has a problem (not saying you or anyone else does, but for anyone that does).

I just existed tbh, she took all the initiative.

I suppose the biggest obstacle for a lot of people here is they're not in an environment with a lot of chicks. I know you work, but maybe there's just not enough women there to come in contact with one. It's like numbers game.
