Lol not even a meal at KFC is $21 bro. I live in NYC the meals here are expensive as fuck at a restaurant. Only way to have cheap meals here is to go to specific places, or cook for yourself. Those specific places aren't even restaurants, they're like small lil takeout places, or street carts. A good meal at an ACTUAL restaurant would cost you like $80 minimum here.
