twice a day, wake up too late for breakfast. will have a coffee at 9-10 am, eat lunch when i get home, have dinner after practice. hydrate A LOT!

what do u eat

whatever my mom makes for lunch, dinner is a go to of turkey sausages with a nice salad. i like it, it fits my macros and i feel good when i wake up and i shit properly so i wont chnage it

My diet is mostly: rice, peas, pasta, tomatoes, bread/rolls, cheese, potatoes, milk, oat flakes, pizza, eggs

Today I had Pierogi with cottage cheese and potatoes
