You should

one of the best anti aging methodes out there
I don't really care enough to tbh, and unless I'm gonna be outside all day in the baking sun doing yard work I don't need it. Sometimes before mowing the lawn when it's 90+ out I put it on because driving the riding mower for hours under the sun can give you sunburn on your forearms and other areas that are exposed constantly. Basically I only put it on if the weather is really bad to be without it. On normal days I don't bother

supposedly every 2 hours

i usually reapply it every few hours or so: before school, before i leave, and if im going anywhere after i reapply it again a few hours later
if it's cloudy though, just before school and i only reapply if im going outside after school

if you sweat a lot and its very humid outside then every 2 hours ideally (who tf does that though jfl). If its not very sunny outside and you dont sweat a lot 1-2 times a day should be sufficient

I‘d say even once per day is enough if you don’t sweat much or work outside

I suggest using one of those sunsticks for reapplying throughout the day if necessary

the op is right

you are wrong

you don't know what the fuck you're talking about

like as in, you have no fucking idea

the sun hits you even when it's not hot outside, even when it's low light, you're inside and it's winter.

it's fucking cummulative.

what the uva does is over time break down your collagen

over days, weeks and months and years.

eventually your skin sags, it wrinkles easily and you look like shit

it's a complete myth you will be just AOK just because you don't torch your skin on a beach.

you fucking retard.

this is not a bunch of sunscreen freaks talking - this is unbelievably studied and documented.
